The Bihar @ 2047 Vision Conclave, a pivotal event under the “Let’s Inspire Bihar” initiative, recently concluded at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. This gathering united over 2,000 entrepreneurs, startups, and thought leaders from Bihar and its diaspora, all dedicated to envisioning a prosperous future for the state.
A highlight of the conclave was the unveiling of the Vision 2047 Document, which outlines actionable strategies across 16 sectors, including education, entrepreneurship, health, agriculture, environment conservation, and tourism. This comprehensive plan aims to transform Bihar into a developed state by 2047, ensuring that residents no longer need to migrate for education, employment, or healthcare.

Vikas Vaibhav, IPS officer and chief patron of the “Let’s Inspire Bihar” campaign, delivered an impassioned speech at the event. He emphasized the importance of unity and the transformative role of technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence, in Bihar’s development. Vaibhav proposed establishing centers of excellence for AI across Bihar’s districts, highlighting the need for societal cohesion to achieve the state’s developmental goals.
The conclave also celebrated the successes of initiatives like the Jivaka Chapter, which has conducted over 250 free health camps benefiting more than 35,000 underprivileged individuals, and the Gargi Chapter, empowering women and students through skill development and free education centers across Bihar.
Distinguished guests, including MP Manoj Tiwari and MLA Shreyasi Singh, praised the campaign’s efforts and encouraged mass participation to realize Bihar’s potential. The event concluded with attendees chanting, “I will transform Bihar,” reaffirming their commitment to the campaign’s vision.
